I got rushed in by ambulance they were amazing
I had a pain score of 10 still on arrival at 9:30 ish they got me into bay and left and I stayed there for over an hour before anyone even came to me when they did they just did basics obs and said they would get me pain relief which I didn't get until 5 hours later one of the nurses was really good but that's all. I was transferred to the ward at 3:30 am when I got there I was told there was no bed had to listen to them huffing and puffing and moaning. Because they did I fact have a bed but was told they had to give me that so no sleep for me very noisy all night from staff even other patients said it was noisy. Next day woke by cleaner at 6:30am and beds changes at 8:30am I then didn't see another nurse until after lunch then they went off duty again so one came in we had to ask a cleaner to get someone again after going to the desk and sling what was going on someone finally came at 7pm and said you can go home . So I had heard all about who wanted to sleep with who weekend plans and obviously a class joker was on shift not professional at all trying to pass on the patients who needed feeding .. I'm all for having a nice shift as I have been there and fir having a laugh making the shift shorter but come on patients should be priority .
"Totally dissatisfied"
