What I liked
The whole process went like clockwork. Everyone was very kind, kept me well informed of what was happening and extremely efficient. I have no criticisms whatsoever of the way in which I was treated.
What could be improved
An earlier admission date would have been appreciated - I was in some discomfort for the 35 days I was kept waiting.
