"Absolutely dreadful"

After waiting ridiculous amounts of time from even chasing them up about my appointments and so forth they've delayed my hrt through their own mistakes after being promised it 3 months ago.
It's absolutely disgusting how they behave and how some of the receptionists don't know what to do or say, even how to treat some of the people going in there.
I honestly wished this service would be like the GIC in the other place in the country because not only do I feel insulted when chasing them up, but let down because they are no help what so ever
