"Mixed feelings"

12 years ago I first visited ent for reasons related to my recent visit and couldnt fault them, I was well cared for.cwoth regards to my recent visit I came away feeling confused and disappointed.

I didn't get a hearing test that I was supposed to have,

I was told this was due to my ear leaking, although 12 years ago it was leaking and I had a hearing test.

I didn't really find much out,

I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I double checked today that the hearing test was part of the follow up appointment in 6 months time as was told would happen by the consultant, it hadn't been booked.

The end result is, my ear is still discharging and bleeding, which it seems I've got to put up with another 6 months and having to have cotton wool in my ear for 6 months, and I also have to continue my daily struggle to hear for the next 6 months too. I am not sure what exactly is wrong with my ear and do not know what the follow up appointment will involve. Seemed abit of a waste of time.
