Reception and welcome at Penrith hospital were friendly and helpful with information. Appointments were running 25 minutes late. The consultants from spinal care have been approachable, friendly and happy to explain their findings and alternatives available in a manner which inspired confidence and allowed the patient to make an informed decision on appropriate courses of action and treatment.
