I arrived at place but i found it hard to locate. I decided to call but the receptionist was not helpful and used a very unhelpful tone, never the less they answered my question and told me where they were located.I pointed out to the receptionist that that was where i had been and there was hardly any parking. The receptionist suggested that my only option would be to park on the yellow line. I said to them that was not legal. I went back to see if I would get a spot but there was absolutely no parking. My son had unbuckled his seat belt so I went out of my car to buckle him and within seconds of me coming out of the car a member of staff came to inform me that I was not allowed to park as if as a driver i was stupid and blind. I just cancelled that appointment. From the time I spoke to them on the phone, these are cold people. never again.
