"children's a& e"

Went to a & e with my child went to child's area Seen tithe nurse then they went back behind desk chatting obviously about us as every member of staff turned round and looked at my daughter then doctor came up and never took us in room and said don't think nothing broken never examined her or asked about her medical history then said if you want a x Ray you can do I said yes then he put wrong foot down when it got back the doctor said told you nothing wrong but it was swollen and black

I said better to be safe with this place then the doctor said take pain relief if the doctor had took time and compasinte and did their job they would of known she on a lot of medication this is a child who was in pain

I have lost faith in this hospital now
