"Very positive experience in ENT Department"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Bang on time, excellent surroundings and lovely staff.

They have improved the booking system with tickets and muted bells to draw attention when you should approach the desk to register your arrival. Perhaps clearer calling of names when it is your turn to see the consultant, but all in all very positive.
