I am sure that if privacy was requested, that would be given.

However, when sitting in the waiting room, when it was just me ie no one else waiting to be seen, I could hear staff talking to another patient, then a discussion between staff regarding a patient.

Therefore, if I had known the patient being discussed, which thankfully I did not, I would have left the premises knowing some very private information about them.
