About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

The students that dealt with me this morning were really lovely and extremely thorough. The only downside was the waiting around-the check took an hour, then there was a wait for their tutor to check the work, then I had to go for an X-ray and waited for this. I went back to the students and then had to wait for their tutor again. I was there for 2 hours. I really didn't mind the wait but it would have been fab to have this information pointed out in my appointment letter just so my dad who was waiting for me could have got a coffee or something.

This was no reflection on the students whatsoever or their tutor as they were fantastic with me.
