"Some really good clinicians but it can depend..."

I've had contact with St Ann's ED service for a few years now, on and off. There are a few staff (psychiatrists, nurses,dieticians, and family therapist) who have helped me a lot and have always provided a high standard of care when I've seen them - but it can be patchy depending on who you get to see (maternity cover/staff illness/staff leaving service etc). Plus the service have often promised more than they seem capable of delivering in practice (staffing gaps or lack of communication between professionals).
