"NHS patient forgotten"

About: Rivers Hospital

I was seen by the doctor on 14 December 2015 and was told I would hear back from the doctor urgently because of the severity of pain I am suffering. I have chased the hospital 3 times now and today was told that they had lost my details and would chase up for me.

This is the Same response as before.

Just because I am a NHS patient this can happen if I was private this would not occur.

Had a promise today that the imaging department would call me back still waiting. I have been in this pain for months now and still no further to a pain free life.
