"Lost dentures at walsgrave hospital"

About: University Hospital (Coventry) / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

The hospital lost my mum's teeth 6 moths ago. That's bad enough, but she still hasn't received a refund for the lost teeth, let alone any compensation for the suffering and costs of cabs etc.

I feel PALS are fobbing me off.
