I have had heart problems for the majority of my life (I am only 20), I had spent all my childhood right up until I turned 18 at Great Ormond Street. It was really scary when I was told I was moving into adult care but the GUCH team at Barts Heart Centre put me at ease and made the transition so easy. The care I receive from them is wonderful, they truly are an amazing team and I am so lucky to benefit from there care.
