What I liked

Me and my son attended walk in am sorry but this service is very poor waiting times can be lengthy probably same as A&E staff were friendly however some staff were just doing their job .

What could be improved

I think waiting times were too long maybe more walkin staffing so patients are not waiting long plus i felt staff were very abrupt . We felt like it was a case of lets get you in and out as i have more people waiting and thats wrong very wrong as i work for the NHS and would never rush my patients out the door so i strongly believe this needs addressed.

Anything else?

Maybe the staff need to be a bit more focused on the NHS policies and procedures the treatment we recieved was excellent i might add however the attitude of some staff wasnt that good am sorry to say this but this is my professional opinion
