"Great facilities and customer service"

I have visited the hospital twice over the last couple of weeks and on both times have been provided an exemplary level of customer service and care by the nurse. I believe I was seen by a nurse and a student nurse who were a credit to the NHS with their people skills and knowledge. If a word of thanks could be passed onto them that would be appreciated.

On a side note, I didn't have to wait very long to be seen and the building is clean, fresh and modern aswell which puts a lot of the larger hopsitals to shame.

I've read a few people having a moan about the parking charge but it's only £2 for two hours and you get a free, clean ,friendly hospital included in that as well.
