Hard to tell if I am talking to an patient or a nurse!!

Unintelligble, most of the conversation is spent asking them to repeat what they have said and the inablity of them to spell simple words is alarming considering they are in a responsible position. Place seems a shambles and all this over the phone.

How can i make sure my daughters boyfriend gets treatment, a diagnosis and therapy, not just pumped full of drugs and let out.

As I am afraid while haveing an episode he might become dangerous I can't have him living with us, but he has no where else, what can we do? We don't want to abandon him.
