"Equipment from Occupational Thereapy"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Last July I broke my arm and went to A&E at QEQM. As I have mobility problems I was sent home with two pieces of equipment from Occupational Therapy: two surrounds for the toilet to raise the seat and provide hand holds. I now need to return them so that they can be use again by someone else. I cannot bring them back as I have no transport and I do not know who to contact
