I have had two appointments within the neurophysiology department and both have been incredibly positive experiences.

All the staff I encountered were very happy, helpful and reassuring which made the visits easier to deal with.

My latest appointment at the department was for EMG and unfortunately the MagStim machine was not working (even with 3 doctors spending a lot of time trying to make it do so - perhaps they could be allowed to purchase a new one!!) The expert Doctor was still able to help me, with lots of patience and humour - for which I am very grateful!
