Following a referral from my GP for further assessment and treatment I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about what to expect, however upon my arrival I was greeted by nursing staff who were happy to explain the procedures.
They were very reassuring and did not trivialize any of my concerns.
The consultant was gentle and did not make me feel I was 'taking up valuable time' as has been the case with previous GP's.
I would highly recommend this department and would like to reassure any women awaiting an assessment or treatment they are in very capable and safe hands.
