"A & E nurses didn't ..."

About: The James Cook University Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

A & E nurses didn't know how to take a leg plaster off. My husband and I helped as we had been too often to the trauma outpatients with my sons foot. It took 1 & 1/2 hrs to take the plaster off. There was no machine available, long job with scissors. It was quite funny in the end but time consuming.

What could be improved

training needed in A & E when plaster room is closed.
