Smooth and efficient from referral to the date of my operation. All the nurses were kind and caring. The day of my surgery was quite traumatic for me and once back on the ward everything was done to make me comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. This could not be said for the recovery nurse who just kept telling me to 'calm down', I have been assured that this will be dealt with.
A real team effort.
