What I liked

My mum was on ward K3 for nearly two weeks and the care she received was fantastic. All of the staff there, from the doctors to the cleaners were excellent. My mum unfortunately died on that ward but throughout her stay she was treated with the utmost respect. Her care was done in a loving, dignified way and the support my family and I received was faultless. Many people are only too quick to complain but not so many to compliment. My mum is at peace now after all her suffering and there isn't another place that I would have wished her to pass away then on ward K3.
