"A big thanks"

About: St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre (Portsmouth)

Saturday 09/04/2016 was a bad day as I got a piece of metal in my eye. I was directed to St Mary's walk in clinic and when I arrived, the receptionist was very quick to get me to fill the form and within ten minutes I had been assessed by a very efficient nurse who assured me a qualified eye nurse would be with me very shortly. Five minutes later I was taken into the eye specialist room by a very professional nurse and they soon found the offending piece of metal, they talked me through each stage of the procedure and li felt extremely confident in their ability to remove the metal as eyes are very delicate and sensitive.

I was so impressed with the whole organisation,

Well done St Mary's walk in clinic.

Mike.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your very kind feedback about the care you received. It is so good to hear that we were able to alleviate your anxieties before your procedure and that your experience was positive. I will ensure that all the staff at St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre are made aware, I know they will be delighted.

Kind Regards

Alison Lawrence
