"Not great"

Reception staff seemed rude and not at all welcoming or attempting to make people feel comfortable.

Was offered a session every 3 weeks, which is not frequent enough to ensure good mental health.

The woman I saw didn't give me a chance to say everything I wanted and needed to in order to get the proper support. There are now big gaps in what they know about me.

On top of this, I have to wait about 5 weeks until they can see me again. With being transferred from child services, I've been having weekly sessions of CBT.

To leave me 5 weeks with no support is not safe and is detrimental to my mental health.

Not too impressed so far, and wouldn't recommend.
