I received my appointment two weeks after going to see my doctor, the letter explained what I had to do well. I arrived a few minutes early, the receptionist was very friendly. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called in on time for my abdominal ultrasound. The radiographer was kind, and made me feel at ease, I have had then done many times, this one really knew their stuff and was able to answer my questions. I left happier than I arrived. I was not looking forward to going here as I had seen the bad reviews, I guess people who are happy do not usually bother leaving comments, the nature of the beast. I hope my surgery goes as well in Leicester, Coalville X-ray dept will take some beating.
