"ENT & Day Surgery - tonsillectomy"

I would like to thank the staff in the ENT department - I was very impressed with both my outpatient appointments and my day surgery (tonsillectomy).

All time scales were kept too regarding the waiting list for surgery (6 weeks) and the amount of time until I'd hear about a follow-up appointment after the tonsillectomy (2 weeks), which I was very pleased with. I was also seen either on time or early for my outpatient appointments so thank you - very efficient and all the staff that I encountered were very friendly.

The nurses, in particular, at the day surgery centre were very supportive, and helped calm my nerves about having my first general anaesthetic! Care after the surgery was excellent too and the centre itself was very modern and clean.
