What I liked

Following an accident I was taken to Heatherwood Hospital where pain relief was offered and I was dealt with by a very compassionate nurse and receptionist. I then had to return twice more - the receptionist remembered me and checked me in quickly. I saw different nurses on each occasion and each one of them dealt with me very kindly and showed genuine concern for me.

I have never had cause to visit a hospital before and after reading the stories so often in the press, I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and efficiency of all staff..
