I have been trying to get gender reassignment surgery for over 5 years now but I am still about 24 weeks away from the actual surgery and if it does happen when estimated it will have been 77 weeks.
This has been a nightmare but all avenues of enquiry or attempts to speed things up have been blocked.
How can this wait be justififed if we are supposed to have a 18 Weeks Target?
