The last few weekends I've been travelling down from Liverpool to visit with my great-aunt who is on end of life care. Obviously this is quite an emotional and stressful time. The attendant for the carpark (I didn't catch their name but he was on shift on Sat 9th April at 5:30 pm ish) was really polite and helpful with my questions. This is potentially the last interaction a person has when leaving the hospital and I must say that due to their professionalism and what came across as genuine care and positivity, I left the hospital thinking about what a fantastic facility it was with fabulous caring staff. Please do pass on my sincere thanks as this person took the time to answer my questions and make sure that I was okay.
"Car park security/attendant very polite"
