What I liked

Northwick Park Hospital ENT service is very very poor.

If you are going to be referred, do not assume they will do it. And do not assume they will help you if they can not find the referral they never gave you.

What could be improved

Northwick Park Hospital ENT could do what they said they would do.

Once you have seen the ENT and they are going to refer you to a specialist and they don't. Then you are pretty much stuffed. Trying to get another appointment or even get anyone to answer teh phone is a nightmare.

Anything else?

My ear hurts, affects my job and I have trouble hearing. I have given up on Northwick Park Hospital ENT as 3.5 months has passed with no action after repeated requests
