"Trying to get through to the Podiatry Departemnt"

l rang to enquire when the dept was open as l needed new insoles and didn't know if l could just drop the templates off or l needed an appointment ( l did not want to take up an appointment if it wasn't needed) the girl l spoke to on the phone didn't know and said she would ring me back, l didn't hear anything, after 2 weeks l called into Dewsbury health centre with the same enquiry and was told l would have to ring the number l was given! ! ! l did this and when l asked the question again l was told to hang on and then disconnected most annoying. l then rang the complaints no and thankfully got the matter sorted, l went to see James in podiatry who was wonderful and made the insoles while l waited which l am grateful for.
