Dear Management
I writing to you because the receptionist today at Walk in Centre Coventry was very rude!
I came 8:45am with my little son and after three hours 11:30am I went to the reception to ask for how much longer to wait. I know this is very busy Health Centre, but when I came was only 1-2 hours for the waiting time and after 3 hours was still nothing. So I went to the reception to ask the receptionist for how long to wait and they were so rude!
The receptionist should to know how to speak with the patients!
My feel so bad when the receptionist talked to me like idiot in front of the people!
I know I was a bit angry because for the waiting time and my little son cried a lot as well but I do not think it would be that this explanation is that so talk to me.
Maybe the receptionist was just have a bad day today, but they still have to know what is their job :
• how to speak with the patients !
• the customers always right!
• give great service!
• And do not shout to patients!
I’ve never been in this situation before.
No one has ever talked to me before like this receptionist.
