What I liked
I accompanied my 83 years of age Mother today, 9/2/10, for a Kidney Specialist appt.
She was treated wonderfully. A Nurse attended Mother whilst she was with the Specialist, they were the epitome of caring, patient, understanding, 100% focussed on delivering a positive experience whilst in their care.
Not kept waiting, kept informed by the Specialist, the lot. She had to have blood tests done (within 10 mins), a prescription prepared, (same), and an X -Ray, (20 mins or so).
An excellent all round positive experience for my Mother and myself, well done to you all.
What could be improved
Nothing.
