"The reception staff in area 4 at leigh infirmary"

Can I just say how rude I think some of the reception staff are on area 4 reception are.

I think some are so ignorant, especially one of them who is always on their phone and you can hear them calling patients to their colleague and swearing. I think they are just ignorant they don’t even greet you they just say got an appointment and grumble.

Surely management must have had complaints before? I have mentioned it to a couple of nurses but they didn’t seem interested. Could you please mention this to someone that cares?

Thank you for your posting in respect of your attendances at Leigh Infirmary Area 4. I am sorry that this was your experience. This is not something that we wish to hear of our front line staff and does not portray the standards of behavior we expect and the values we hold as a Trust.
