"The Lanark doctors"

About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as the patient),

Wife couldn't get help from gp for a letter request as she wasn't "totally disabled".

Same gp couldn't be bothered fixing the scales for my wife so she could measure herself.

I think the attitude of some staff members is disgusting and should be given a course on how to treat their patients with respect.

Dear Yellow Wolf,

Thanks for getting in touch with us, although I'm sorry to hear about your wife's experience at your local GP practice.

I would be more than happy to contact the Lanark Doctors practice and ask them to investigate your concerns further. If you would like me to do this, please let me know via telephone on 01698 858 292 or email laura.jack@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk

Kind Regards

Laura
