"Excellent, professional care"

After falling at home and badly fracturing my wrist I was taken by ambulance to Barnstaple A&E. The ambulance arrived within 5 minutes of my call and I was treated with compassion, professionalism and appropriate humour by the crew. My progress through A&E was well managed and staff appeared to work well together. It was obviously a busy night but, despite that, I received excellent attention and care throughout my 3hour stay. I left with the bones realigned, a cast on and an appointment at the fracture clinic the next day. Excellent service from a caring, professional team. Thank you everybody.
