What I liked

Sorry to say not much. The only saving grace was a nurse on the ward next to A & E.

What could be improved

Nurses either do not care or do not have time to treat patients. There doesn't seem to be any care or passion in what they do. The main target seems to be trying to meet the nonsensical 4 hr targets.

A letter will be sent to various depts shortly

Anything else?

During our 16 hour ordeal I didn't see a cleaner in the A & E. I needed to use the bathroom but had to wait till the next morning as the toilet was filthy.

Nurses shouted out patient info so all patients knew exactly what was wrong with my Mum. Whatever happened to privacy, care, warmth and DIGNITY??????
