"3 minute consultation!"

About: Tameside General Hospital

I have been under the care of the cardiology dept for approx12yrs. Never have I attended an appointment to have the consultant pick up my notes in front of me and not bother to read them. I would add to acquaint themself with the history of unstability in my bp but they didn't acquaint themself with anything except the readings in front of them given by the nurse. From leaving the waiting area to returning ready to leave having been told I should see gp in future, without taking note of the problems I had started to experience in 3 minutes is a joke.
