"Mixed feelings"

I am appalled that I called to make an appointment and was told nothing available for nearly 2 weeks. I have recently had an op and needed to see a GP. Wasn't given any info on how to get emergency appointment. Had to go to walk in centre at whipps X where the treatment I was given didn't help. Had a phone appointment with a GP at this surgery who advised me because I'd had the op done privately I'd not be seen at the practice in relation to this even when I explained the hospital was 2 hours away. I finally got an appointment today with a lovely GP at this centre who couldn't have been more helpful! I think there's good and bad there but clearly I'm unhappy about the refusal to see me!
