"Rude receptionist"

About: Queen's Medical Centre / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I came with an urgent case to look at and the receptionist attitude was awfully disgusting. She started telling me that I should have come days ago.

I think receptionists should be smiley at all time, avoid being cutting, if they are not happy with their job, find another one and lastly don't tell patients, but rather help.
