What I liked

I attended the Accident department, was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, waited a short time in an extremely clean waiting area, was dealt with by very polite and pleasant staff in both this dept, and x-ray, was reviewed a short time later, with my results given very clearly, along with an explanation of what i should do, expect etc. I felt very reassured by this and happy with the treatment received. Thank you

this is a hospital not a 5* hotel, which i think people should remember at times. We should be thankful for what services we have, not bemoan what we dont.
