"Poor Care"

How one person can completely overshadow the great work done by the Team .
I was in for Ureteroscopy on 23rd March 2016. The care I received from the nurse was poor and sub standard . During post recovery I found the nurse Impatient , insensitive ,unhelpful and sarcastic. The nurse seemed more concerned about going home then trying to support me in my most vulnerable moment . The nurse was openly arguing with another nurse from the theatre and discussing patient information with earshot of everyone - very poor and much needs retraining on dignity of patients .
I contrast this with the team of nurses who looked after me on the 23rd of January 2016
post recovery in Richmond ward ...they truly were angels.
