Despite the clinic being very busy the staff try very hard to be flexible and are always approachable.
Booking appointments is almost a pleasure as the staff are quite amusing (I often come of the phone laughing!).
The downside is that you never get to see the same doctor twice, so you can’t build up any type of clinician:patient relationship.
This is very important when you are having to make decision about surgery and treatment.
I have an ovarian cyst and am really confused about what is going on, what should happen, what is the best route forward and the consequences of simply doing nothing.
This has arisen because every doctor has a different opinion so you don’t get a consistent message.
I appreciate that this request may be hard to implement, but can you not assign doctors to patients?
On a much more positive note I would like to praise the doctor, who is friendly, approachable, caring and patient.
Exactly the type of doctor the Royal Berks needs to hold on to!
I sincerely hope that I get to see this doctor again at my next appointment.
