I had to have a tooth removed under sedation I'm anxious only with hospitals and suffer badly when attending. I had a nurse when tooth was being extracted I cannot rate them enough lovely respectful best I've ever delt with. I felt my care was all they cared about and did everything in their power to help, and after passing out for the first time in my life helped get me back to normal with sugar and cool fan ect this I rate 5 stars 100 percent.
Endoscopy I rate 0.
Reception was lovely kind and spoke to you like a human being very nice I then went for checks blood pressure ect got told nothing of my blood pressure no information I requested a numbing cream as on last visit it was when the needle was being put in I took a turn for the worst, well wish I walked out then it was a chore I was asked three times if I need it as it's no diffrent than a tattoo which I have, and then another person came in and said 'do it need it what's the problem is it the pain' my response was I don't know it was last time when the needle went in I passed out and wanted to try to prevent this. they then said was it the pain for the second time by this time my heart rate must of combated the diazipan I took as with being treated like a bit of meat. I just left I felt like a massive inconvenience and a chore I will never return and will request norwich as never had a issue there. it's a shame but I honestly did not feel like I could have anything done with these people but as stated above there are good nurses and doctors I have delt with that care and are fantastic the Endoscopy staff minus reception felt like a diffrent hospital for the worse the Endoscopy review is constructive criticism as in up the level of care try not to talk about the patient like there not there when they are, and remember some people are diffrent as for the dental please don't change a thing whatever there being paid it's not enough.
