"Very poor experience"

I have been registered with this clinic for longer than a year and I always had difficulties accessing the services. In more than one occasion I had to wait longer than a month to see a doctor - for example, when I hadn't been able to hear any sound from my right ear for two weeks. It is extremely difficult to speak to reception via phone: they might be experiencing problems with the line, I hope, but yesterday I called 3 times and after a 10minute wait each time the line was cut off when the operator eventually answered.
Expected time for a certificate is between 2 and 4 weeks. Receptionists try hard to do their best to be helpful, but due to poor communication between members of staff confusion often arises. I was asked to pay for an incorrect certificate which had been issued a week after the date I specified.
Staff is kind, helpful and patient, but unfortunately the clinic is so understaffed that cannot offer a good service.
