"My nannan passed away"

About: Northern General Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

My nannan was admitted to Hadfield 2 for fluid what needed draining, she was left in bed for 2 week until she ending up dying from what I would consider neglect from nurses. In my opinion the quality of staff were very poor, we found they were very rude.

My Nan was left in puddles of urine & poo when approached the nurses was told they were too busy doing something else. My mum and cousin had to change my nannan on numerous occasions and made her comfy, my mum & cousin approached the nursing staff on the deterioration of my nannan, and they were ignored. Sadly my Nan passed away.
