My husband was referred directly to the clinic from his optition who stressed that he needed to be seen urgently.
We visited the eye casualty, which we didn't know existed and could not be more impressed with the care received.
He was attended by a 'Junior Fellow' who was extremely thorough, detailed and we felt like as much time as was needed would be spent to ensure the correct treatment and diagnosis was provided.
He needed medication and to be seen again an hour later.
Again, he was reviewed very comprehensively and a senior member of staff was also on hand and consulted - they too gave their time very happily and between them ensured that we left feeling very confident that the initial treatment had halted the immediate problem and with a referral to the necessary clinic for ongoing care.
We are so grateful for the care and attention received and the manner that these two doctors helped us - they were so busy however, we never felt rushed..
Also, the triage nurse was lovely too.
Many thanks.
"Great Care"
