After having waited for over 6 weeks for a very important date to see the dentist for a worrying lump. I received a muffled voicemail on the day of my appointment and can just about make out the word cancelled.

After a 30 minute call to get through to the department I am told the appointment was an 'error' and that there are no dentists in today.

I then got offered a new date, in another 6 weeks. After explaining how important this is i then start to get offered sooner dates, like some sort of game.

After 'negotiating' I finally got a new date for a weeks time.
