What I liked
The staff working in the Diabetes clinic are very helpful and informative.
What could be improved
The waiting time in clinics.
Anything else?
It is a shame that the treatment hospital staff prescribe is not always available by prescription from my local GP. It is not right that patients do not always have access to the newer drugs because of where they live. If patients living outside of Redbridge PCT can be prescribed certain drugs by their GP it should be the same country wide. Lets put an end to this postcode lottery.
